Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risks
By clicking"I Agree" and submitting this form, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that I am attending the Festival on private (and non-commercial) residence and, as a result, will not have many of the benefits normally available at a commercial venue.
I acknowledge that the Festival will involves risks inherent to such an event, including but not limited to uneven terrain, potential wildlife encounters, unpredictable weather, hazardous conditions, foodborne illness, allergic reactions, lack of nearby medical care and other hazards.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance at the Festival.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event host(s), landowner(s), organizers, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, third-party service providers, agents, attorneys and any affiliated parties and family members ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries (including death), property damage, or other losses that may arise from my attendance at the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Alcohol and Food Consumption & Responsibility
I acknowledge that alcohol and food may be served at the Festival, including by third-party vendors. If I choose to consume alcohol, I do so at my own risk and agree to drink responsibly. I understand that excessive consumption of alcohol may increase risks of injury or harm. I agree not to operate a motor vehicle under the influence and assume full responsibility for my actions. I further acknowledge that food and beverages served at the event may contain allergens or other ingredients that could cause illness or adverse reactions. I release the Released Parties from any claims related to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or other health issues arising from food or drink consumption.
4. Medical Treatment & Emergency Response
I acknowledge that emergency medical care may not be readily available on-site. I consent to any necessary medical treatment if I am injured during the event and agree that I am responsible for any associated costs.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from my actions at the event, including but not limited to those related to alcohol consumption, food or beverage consumption, or any other activities I engage in during the event.
6. Compliance with Event Policies, Parking, Neighbors
I shall comply with all posted rules, instructions, and event policies communicated by the event organizers, including safety protocols, alcohol consumption rules, designated areas, and conduct expectations. I understand that parking is limited and that I will park in only designated areas and, if none are available nearby, will use the lots and transportation provided.
I understand that the concert is being held in a non-commercial neighborhood and that I will be respectful of the privacy and right to quiet enjoyment of any nearby property owners.
I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the event without refund or further liability.
7. Parental Consent for Minors
If I am signing on behalf of a minor (under 18), I certify that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation. I agree to release and indemnify the Released Parties from any claims related to the minor’s attendance.
I acknowledge that minors are not permitted to consume alcohol at the event, and I take full responsibility for ensuring compliance.

9. Acknowledgment of Agreement
I have read and understood this Waiver and understand that my invitation to attend the event is conditioned on my agreement to the terms of this Waiver. By clicking"I Agree", I voluntarily agree to its terms.

Our overarching policy for the event is to be polite, respectful and kind. However, some people need more details. As a result, all attendees agree to the following policies:
1. Respect for Others
Be respectful to fellow guests, staff, performers, and hosts. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol will be served by licensed third-party vendors only. No outside alcohol is permitted. Attendees consuming alcohol must be 21+ and show valid ID upon request. Anyone who appears intoxicated may be asked to leave or denied further service.
3. Food & Allergies
Food will be served by third-party providers. Attendees are responsible for reviewing ingredients and managing any dietary restrictions or allergies. The event hosts are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects related to food or drink.
4. Safety & Conduct
no illegal drugs, weapons, or fireworks are permitted on the premises.
Follow all instructions from event staff or emergency personnel. Children must be supervised at all times.
5. Property & Environment
This is private property; respect the land, structures, and any animals on site. No littering. Use designated waste and recycling bins. Campfires or open flames are prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
6. Noise & Behavior
Amplified music will end at the time designated by the hosts. Disorderly conduct, vandalism, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event.
7. Consent to Removal The hosts reserve the right to remove any attendee for failure to follow these policies or for any behavior that compromises safety or enjoyment of others.
8. Photography & Media By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant permission for those images to be used for non-commercial event promotion unless you notify the hosts in advance.
